Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026 · Preview period

1. What Solvure is

Solvure provides AI employees — software agents that connect to accounts you own (such as Google Ads) and perform work on your behalf, under permissions you control.

Solvure is a tool operated by you. You remain the owner of your accounts, your data, and the final decisions.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity in your workspace.

You may only connect third-party accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Solvure verifies ownership through your own sign-in with that provider and will refuse connections you cannot prove.

3. AI-performed actions and approvals

AI employees act within the permission thresholds you set. Consequential actions (such as spending changes) require your explicit approval by default.

AI output can be imperfect. Solvure is built to explain its reasoning and to avoid fabricated data, but you should review consequential recommendations before approving them. You are responsible for actions you approve.

4. Spend and billing

Your advertising or platform spend flows directly between you and the relevant provider (e.g., Google). It never passes through Solvure.

Solvure subscription fees, when introduced, will be communicated clearly before any charge. During the preview period there are no charges.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Solvure to violate laws, third-party terms (including advertising platform policies), or the rights of others; to send spam; or to attempt to access another customer's data.

We may suspend workspaces that abuse the platform or create risk for other customers.

6. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may evolve; material changes to these terms will be announced in the product.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvure is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including outcomes of advertising decisions you approve. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
