Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Account data: your email and workspace details, used to sign you in and run your workspace.
Connected-account data: when you link an account (e.g., Google Ads), your AI employees read the data needed to do their job — performance metrics, search terms, campaign settings. We request the minimum scopes required.
Conversations and work products: your chats with AI employees and the actions/reports they produce are stored so your team remembers your business.
2. What we do NOT do
We do not sell your data.
We do not move money — your ad spend stays between you and the platform (e.g., Google).
We do not connect accounts you haven't proven you own with your own sign-in.
We do not train public AI models on your private business data.
3. How data is used
To operate your AI employees: analysis, reports, proposed actions, and memory of your preferences.
AI processing is performed by enterprise AI infrastructure under data-processing agreements; your data is not used to train their public models.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored in managed, encrypted databases (encryption in transit and at rest). Access is isolated per workspace: one customer can never read another's data.
You can disconnect a linked account at any time; its access is revoked immediately.
5. Your rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You may request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time. Deleting your workspace removes your conversations, memories, and connections.
Contact for data requests: privacy@solvure.com.
6. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are set during the preview period.
7. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be announced in the product before they take effect.
